third dream; action. ✖
[ There's a girl sitting on the temple steps, even if she definitely isn't one of the new arrivals of the day.
It's Madotsuki. She completely destroyed her communicator while talking to Sindragosa, and while she doesn't have a replacement yet she doesn't have a way of checking the network - not that she particularly feels like that either way, she's not social at all. She doesn't mind whether she has a communicator available or not, so she hasn't asked for one either. Instead she seems fairly content just sitting there by herself, away from the village which is a little more busy with people. Nino was too busy sleeping in her drawer or fishing as usual either way.
Instead she just sits there quietly before suddenly pulling a flute out of nowhere and starting to play a somewhat nostalgic song.
If you follow the music, you might run into the flute playing girl at the temple. ]

[ The people who bullied her, who ignored her, who drove Masada-sensei to his death, who-- ... Her voice becomes softer, as she draws her knees up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them. ]
They're the scariest things around.

And love.

An unbreakable bond... I've experienced them myself, and to this day, still carry them.

[ By now she's exchanged the flute for a knife, appearing in her hand out of nowhere as she taps it against the ground. Maybe she's distracting herself. ]
